If you are dissatisfied with anything we have done, tell us. An expression of dissatisfaction from a client or investor is a complaint, and we treat it as one from the moment we receive it.
How to contact us
Email complaints@njrpartners.com, or write to the Principal, NJR Partners, 6/72 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000. You may also raise a complaint with any person at the firm, in a meeting or by telephone; we will record it.
What happens next
- We record the complaint in our Complaints Register on the day we receive it.
- We acknowledge it within one business day.
- The Principal answers it in writing within 30 days. If we need longer, we tell you why and when you will have our answer.
- Where a complaint shows that something in our process should change, we change it and record the change.
